DSL Registration Form

  This form is to give PC Source, Inc. information regarding the desire for DSL (mainly in Wilkes County, NC but available nationwide) by customers who have Sprint's Local telephone service.  This contact information will be used to plan DSL expansion and allow up to contact you when DSL service is available in your area.  Your information will not be sold or traded as with other online services.  This is not a Contract.  This is just to help us help you.

You must be a Sprint Local Customer and in N. Wilkesboro or Wilkesboro
